FAQ

  • Start by identifying your Keurig's brewing system.

Older models like K-Classic, K-Elite, K-Select, and K-Express use a single needle — these work with our standard reusable K-Cups.

Newer brewers like K-Supreme, K-Supreme Plus, and K-Slim use MultiStream technology (five water ports) and require a MultiStream-compatible reusable cup.

Check the model number on the label underneath your machine, or send us your model and we'll help you find the right fit.

  • Сompatibility depends on your specific Keurig model and brewing system. We offer reusable K-Cups for Keurig 1.0 & 2.0 brewers, MultiStream brewers (K-Supreme, K-Slim), and universal models that fit both.

Each product page includes a Compatibility section — always check it before ordering.

Still unsure? Contact us with your Keurig model and we'll point you to the right option.

  • Fill the pod with medium-ground coffee — don't use fine grind as it can clog the mesh.

Leave 2–3mm of space at the top so the lid closes properly. Insert into your Keurig just like a regular K-Cup pod and brew as usual.

For your first brew, we recommend running it once with just water to rinse the filter. Watch our step-by-step video on the How to Use page.

  • This usually happens for one of three reasons: the grind is too fine, the pod is overfilled, or the lid isn't fully closed.

Try using a medium grind and leave a small gap at the top before closing the lid.

For a completely grounds-free cup, add one of our disposable paper liners — they drop right into the reusable pod and make cleanup instant.

  • Rinse it under warm running water immediately after brewing — this takes about 10 seconds and prevents coffee oils from building up.

Most of our reusable K-Cups are also dishwasher safe on the top rack. For a deeper clean once a week, soak in warm water with a drop of dish soap for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

  • Both work great, but they have different strengths. BPA-free plastic pods are lightweight, easy to use, and available in multiple colors.

Our 100% stainless steel K-Cups use fine-mesh filtration similar to a pour-over — no plastic ever touches your coffee, and many customers notice a richer, cleaner flavor.

Stainless steel is also more durable and lasts longer. If taste and zero plastic contact are your priority, go stainless.

  • Keurig water filters use activated charcoal to remove chlorine, scale-forming minerals, and other impurities from your tap water before it reaches your coffee.

This improves taste and protects your brewer's internal components from scale buildup — the number one cause of machine failure.

Replace your filter every 2 months or every 60 tank refills, whichever comes first. Shop our replacement water filters for Keurig.

  • Most Keurig brewers use a rear water reservoir with a filter holder inside the tank.

Our universal charcoal water filters are compatible with K-Supreme, K-Slim, K-Classic, K-Elite, K-Express, K-Duo, and most other Keurig models. If your brewer doesn't have a built-in filter holder, we also offer filter holder + filter bundles.

Check the Compatibility section on each product page or contact us if you're unsure.

  • Yes — we carry replacement water filters for Cuisinart, reusable cone coffee filters compatible with all 8–12 cup Cuisinart drip brewers, and unbleached #4 paper cone filters that fit Cuisinart, Ninja, Mr. Coffee, and more.

Replace Cuisinart water filters every 2 months for best results.

  • Paper liners are small disposable filters that drop inside your reusable K-Cup before you add coffee. They keep every last ground out of your cup, make cleanup instant — just toss the liner — and are 100% compostable.

They're optional, but if you've ever had grounds in your coffee or hate rinsing the mesh, they're a game changer. Available in 100-count and 300-count packs.

  • A lot. The average single-use K-Cup pod costs $0.50–$1.00. A bag of quality ground coffee brewed in a reusable K-Cup costs roughly $0.10–$0.15 per cup.

If you brew 2 cups a day, that's a saving of $260–$650 per year — from a product that costs $15.95 and lasts for years.

The reusable K-Cup pays for itself in the first 2–3 weeks.

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically in 3–4 business days.

We stand behind every product with a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right.

No complicated return process, no questions asked.
